Consultis, a premier Technical Solutions Provider and IT Staffing Firm with the single focus of pairing the right candidate with the right employment opportunity, is currently searching for a Technical Support/Helpdesk Representative for a Direct Hire opportunity (FTE) with our South Florida based client.

Position Overview:

The Technical Support/Helpdesk Representative will be responsible for phone, email and/or remote desktop support, software and hardware device installation for new clients, and troubleshooting proprietary software issues. This candidate will be both hands-on and phone support working so should have good communication skills, as well as the ability perform physical duties, as needed. The technicians will be required to travel both domestically and internationally for installation and support purposes. 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Must be knowledgeable on Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10.
  • Must be knowledgeable with Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2014 operating systems.
  • Must be willing to cover after hours (24/7) phone support on a rotating basis with the rest of the Support team.
  • Must be able to carry twenty-five pounds, walk stairs and stand for periods of time.

Additional Nice to have Skills (A PLUS):

  • Microsoft SQL Server experience is highly preferred
  • Crystal Reports knowledge a plus
