Job Description

Essential Job Functions:
•    Answering customer calls and responding to customer emails.
•    Opening customer trouble tickets.
•    Fielding customer inquiries to the correct departments.
•    Initiating orders for new, move and disconnect services.
•    Answering billing questions.
•    Providing first level troubleshooting on service related problems.
•    Cross-selling products and services.
•    Coordinating repair or service issues with Field Service and customer.
•    Tracking and documenting customer data and service issues.
•    Maintaining customer records in databases.
•    Following up and assuring customer satisfaction.
•    Provide support to installers and field technicians when appropriate or as needed.
•    Professionally communicate with other departments, co-workers and customers.
•    Understanding telecom vocabulary and knowledge of basic services and features.
•    Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Skills:
•    Experience in customer service.
•    Excellent listening skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and other forms of communication.
•    Proficiency with internet browsers and MS Office.
•    Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
