Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator (E-commerce) is responsible for supporting the execution of digital marketing strategies to both B2B customers as well to consumers. The position will be responsible for all customer facing experiences and utilities, including browse, search, account maintenance, product selection, availability, cross-sell/upsell, purchase, confirmation, order history, loyalty, personalized experience, marketing vehicle communications and integrations with other marketing platforms to support customer acquisition, retention and account growth. The Digital Marketing Coordinator (E-commerce) will be part of the IT team and work closely with both the U.S. sales and marketing teams.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain awareness of current technology standards and emerging trends in e-commerce Marketing
  • Execute digital marketing campaign strategies as defined by the Marketing department: (SEO, SEM, Retargeting, Direct Response, Display, Affiliate, Social Media, Influencer, Email, Adwords, etc.) to service both B2B and B2C channel requirements
  • Maintain email marketing subscriber database
  • Manage online product catalog views and updates
  • Deliver updates to web content based on marketing calendar for B2B and B2C channels, ensuring digital activities align with company priorities, product launches, and seasonal trends.
  • Maintain content on e-commerce websites (images, text, UI features, text, links, audio, video)
  • Perform light web page development (HTML5, CSS) such as landing pages, content updates, and cosmetic enhancements to web pages
  • Establish project plans and timelines for e-commerce enhancements and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including U.S. sales, marketing, customer service, operations and IT as well as external contributors to execute deliverables
  • Support the establishment, implementation, tracking and analysis of relevant KPIs
  • Implement customer experience enhancements as directed
  • Provide feedback and recommend improvements for e-commerce functionality on web and mobile properties
  • Perform quality assurance prior to code releases to verify each release functions as expected across a defined set of browsers and devices. Develop standard QA test suite to be run consistently on releases

Required Qualification & Skills:

  • BA/BS in business management, marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing & e-commerce support
  • 2-3 years of experience in developing HTML5 and CSS pages for public websites
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Retargeting, Direct Response, Display, Affiliate, Social Media, Influencer, Email, Adwords, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current technology standards, vendors and emerging trends in digital marketing
  • In depth knowledge of digital marketing analytics platforms to execute strategies to grow sales
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Pardot, MailChimp
  • Understanding of end-to-end e-commerce processing through Magento and Shopify platforms
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the proven ability to work effectively with numerous stakeholders and contributors, both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across both business and technical audiences
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Astute attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to self-manage and motivate, to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook)
