Job Description

Consultis is hiring for an experienced Contracts Administrator in our San Antonio office.  The Contract Administrator will participate in the identification, planning and selection of various vendors.  They will develop contracting and service requirements and strategies in support of our customer needs.

You will review RFP’s and vendor responses as well as assist in the negotiations of Ts&Cs.  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain Mgmt., Business, Engineering, Materials Management, or a related field but not required
  • 5 or more years of contracting and sourcing experience
  • SAP and ARIBA experience
  • High level of MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
